WS4 - Aggressive behavior in traffic psychology- a challenge of our days

The goal of the workshop is to learn how to observe, evaluate and analyze those personality traits that predict drivers’ behavior in traffic. Psychological testing assessment for drivers is focused to evaluate abilities and skills and seldom personality traits related with aggressive driver behavior. Traffic accidents, breaking the rules are only few consequences of drivers’ aggression in traffic. During the workshop will be presented psychological assessment tools for personnel selection and evaluation as: abilities tests, personality tests, simulation tasks.
